Third Circuit Joins Second Circuit in Finding Child Pornography Guidelines Unreasonable

In United States v. Grober, October 26, 2010, the Third Circuit has now joined the Second Circuit (United States v. Dorvee, 616 F.3d 172 (2nd Cir. 2010)), in finding the child pornography guidelines disproportionate and unreasonable.  Click here for a copy of Grober and here for a copy of Dorvee.
