If you contact us, some information we may need to assess your case would include, for example, whether your case is federal or state and where the court is located (city and state); the procedural stage your case is at (pretrial, trial, trial completed but not sentenced yet, have been sentenced, have filed notice of appeal, appeal is completed, have filed habeas, habeas has been denied, etc.); if you went to trial, how many days the trial lasted; if you have been sentenced, what the sentence is.  If you are not the defendant in the case, be sure to also tell us the defendant-client's full name.
